CBS FUNDS MANAGEMENT

In late 2007 ShareFinder Investment Services were approached by CBS Funds Management to use the SPA3 Methodology for Funds under management.

Although ShareFinder are all about DIY investment the company realised that some investors do not wish to do it themselves.

This product is suited to the investor looking for SPA3 returns, without requiring the day to day management of an active portfolio of stocks.

Like any service, this does come at a cost. The beauty of learning how to become an active investor is that you are not susceptible to the costs of investing in a Managed Fund. The research tells us that individuals choosing to manage their own money will achieve better results than the fund. Although this is the case, SPA3, including the management costs, has the ability to outperform the bulk of managed funds in Australia over 5 years.

CBS Funds Management is a wholesale managed investment scheme and requires a minimum investment into either of the two Funds of $50,000.
