ShareFinder provides a comprehensive service where educational support and coaching is delivered to all users of Market Master X-ec. The services are designed to assist SPA3 and Intelledgence traders achieve their share trading financial objectives. Ongoing maintenance, improvements, support and education is a lifelong journey in achieving consistent returns and our services are designed to help you along your road to success.

The following services are bundled as part of the Monthly Maintenance Service charge of $71.50 to active and financial customers:

eUGM Webcasting Service

Hosted by the founder and Research Director of ShareFinder, Gary Stone, the web casting sessions are held over the Internet in our Members Zone every 4-6 weeks and include common topics such as; analysis of major international markets; analysis of the local market and sector indices; how to improve your share returns in the short, medium and Long Term; ShareFinder News; New developments and features; Announcements; and relevant Learning topics.

Active Investor eNewsletter

The Active Investor analyses the international, Australian and commodity markets in the short, medium and Long Term. All of ShareFinder’s publicly audited portfolios are summarised using weekly statistics and equity curves so that the current week’s actions are put into perspective within the broader market. A SPA3 'trade of the week' is tipped in each issue.

Advanced Coaching Notes

Through Advanced Coaching Notes our aim is to bring our customers understanding of trading and the share market to the same level of understanding as the designers and researchers who develop and trade ShareFinder's methodologies. The Advanced Coaching Notes teach customers what we have learned and continue to learn from our years of ongoing research and experience. Through past and new postings customers are able to access new knowledge.

ShareFinder Portfolio Daily update

A daily summary of the ShareFinder SPA3 public portfolios which lists all transactions including comments on each transaction that have taken place over a rolling five day period. Customers can download the entire past history of transactions at any time.

Email Forums

The ShareFinder email forums are an ideal medium for interacting with ShareFinder staff and other users. Email messages are sent regularly to the users inbox to assist learning with all of ShareFinder’s software products and methodologies. The forum(s) include an archive of all past discussions starting from when the forums began in 1998. Novice users enjoy learning about the experiences of more experienced users. An invaluable learning tool and moderated by ShareFinder staff.

Phone and Email Help Desk Support

The ShareFinder Helpdesk assists by email and phone in areas such as the download and installation of software, technical issues, upgrades as well as any database and general queries. There is no limit on the amount of support provided to a customer and we believe strongly in ensuring that all queries are managed promptly and effectively. Support is provided between the hours of 9:00am - 5:00pm weekdays AEST. After hours support is provided up to 9.00pm AEST on weeknights and Saturdays where a ShareFinder support person will return your call in the case of an emergency.

Upgrades and Enhancements

Upgrades and enhancements to Market Master X-ec and SPA3 are readily available for download at no additional cost and major upgrades are priced low so that ShareFinder customers are not disadvantaged. This greatly reduces cost of ownership over the years to far less than that of charting software such as MetaStock, Bull Charts and others.

End of Day Data Download/Update

Daily, weekly and monthly data is available for the entire ASX including all equities, indices, company options, SPI contracts and warrants. Data fields include open, high, low, close, volume, and fundamental data such as market cap., shares on issue, PE ratio, dividend yield and earnings yield. As our solutions and software are designed for the international as well the local active investor or trader other feeds include all international indices and futures, commodities, metals, and forex.

End of day data historical databases and data are also available for the LSE (& AIM), USA (NYSE, NASDAQ & AMEX) and JSE.

Data Maintenance

ShareFinder's meticulous detail to data is unique in the industry. Adjustments are made for all data splits (official ASX dilution factors correct to 4 decimal places), bonus issues, rights issues, renames, volume adjustments and sector changes as they occur. These adjustments are vital to accurate technical analysis and occur automatically through our download/update routine. Technical analysis systems, for example, cannot differentiate between a share split and a price drop. Research databases are likewise updated for customer research tools.

Members Zone Bulletins and Files

The Members Zone provides relevant files and bulletins for ShareFinder customers to use with our software products such as pre-programmed buy/sell scanning tests and watchlists for the ASX100 and others.

OSPREY Trades Database Update

The OSPREY historical trades database is updated every 6 months for Osprey users only. All the historical mechanical OSPREY trades are updated for the OSPREY Research Tool so that OSPREY traders can measure their live trading results against the mechanical trades and can conduct new research of what stocks to trade on the ASX and/or USA markets.
